Flux 1.1 image model

Flux 1.1 is a text-to-image model from Black Forest Labs in Germany. It's part of the Flux series, with version 1.1 being one of the newer ones.

It runs on a flow transformer setup and has around 12 billion parameters. The Pro version is said to make images about six times faster than the earlier model. It also follows prompts better, improves image quality, and gives more style options.

There are a few different versions.

Pro. Aimed at high quality or business use.

Ultra. Makes bigger images, up to around 2K or more.

Raw. Has a more real-looking, candid photo feel.

Tests and users say Flux 1.1 Pro sticks closer to the prompt and adds more variety in looks and layout.

Ultra boosts the resolution and adds better lighting and texture too.

You can use Flux 1.1 through an API or sites like Replicate and FAL.ai. Pro is private, but there's a Dev version with open weights, though it's not for business use.

The Dev version’s license limits how you can use it. For anything work-related, you'll probably need Pro.
