prompt:
Bullet time effect. Woman with a white cat in her hands, seen leaping from roof to another roof as the world seems crumbling around her: earthquake, destruction, debrees in the air, fires in background and smoke, as camera moves we see a crashing plane going down with engine fire, whole focus on her, shallow depth of field. Cinematic, overcast dramatic lighting, wide angle lens distortion. Cinematic bullet-time soundscape: deep low-frequency drone, time-stretched fire crackle and distant explosi...

This model of Kling seems best suited for the task, however camera settings seem to be inconsistent producing varying effects from one gen to another, this one was done in conjunction with 'Arc' motion, however in other gens with same settings camera behaved differently

Seedance 2 continues to be a reliable choice for the bullet time action scenes, although I'd put a negative prompt for cat meowing in this instance or ensure it's time-stretched

Here I've tried to emphasize the subject 'frozen' part otherwise the model tries to animate her and sometimes likes to freeze the environment, which is not how bullet time supposed to work. So this prompt variation addresses this best, but you can spot cat's anatomy issue as camera rotates around them.

Improved prompt with subject/environment relationships stated in the beginning and selected Left Circling as camera motion. All good now!

Even with with subject/environment settings stated first thing in the prompt Grok ignores that and does a slowmo video instead.
Bullet-time rooftop jump with a woman holding a cat as a city collapses around her—tests slow-motion physics, debris, fire, and cinematic camera movement under extreme action conditions.
Is the bullet-time effect present (subject relatively sharp while environment motion is slowed/frozen)?
Does the camera visibly move around her during the jump (not static framing)?
Are debris pieces suspended or moving in slow motion with consistent gravity and trajectories?
Is there visible earthquake destruction (cracked buildings, collapsing structures)?
Are fire and smoke present in the background with consistent lighting and direction?
Does a crashing plane with engine fire appear clearly during the shot?
Is shallow depth of field applied correctly (subject in focus, background blurred)?
